This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through our website, https://www.awomansdiary.org/. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms below.
We currently ship physical books within the United States.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Processing time may increase during sales, promotions, or high-volume periods. We will update you accordingly.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

A Woman's Diary LLC is paying shipping fees at this time until further notice. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, delivery address, and preferred shipping method.

4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours.

We offer local pickup for customers in the Huntsville, Alabama area.

Please bring your order confirmation email and a valid photo ID at pickup.

6. International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window:

Include your order number, photos of the packaging and items (if damaged), and your contact details.
We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and, where applicable, send a replacement or issue a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

8. Digital Products (eBooks)
For eBooks and other digital downloads:

Delivery occurs instantly after payment via download link or email confirmation.

If you don’t receive your digital file within 1 hour of purchase, please check your spam/junk folder, then contact us.

Digital items are not shipped physically and are typically non-refundable once downloaded.

9. Incorrect Shipping Information
You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address information:

If you choose not to reship, we may issue a refund minus shipping and handling costs.

During peak seasons (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, etc.), delivery times may be longer than normal.
We recommend placing orders at least 10–14 business days in advance for timely delivery.
