Thank you for shopping with A Woman's Diary, LLC. We strive to ensure you’re happy with your purchase. Please review our refund policy below.

1. Physical Books
We accept returns and issue refunds for physical books under the following conditions:

Only if your order is damaged or incorrect; and a picture of the damage or incorrect item must be provided.

You must request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order damaged.

To request a return, contact us at the email address below with your order number and pictures of damaged items.

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions for mailing the item back.

You are not responsible for return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items.
After we receive and inspect the returned book, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

2. Digital Books (eBooks, PDFs, Audiobooks)
Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales of digital books are final.
If you experience a technical issue downloading or accessing your digital product, please contact us at tlgarner@awomansdiary.org, and we’ll help you resolve it.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or credit card company. If the refund still hasn’t posted, contact us for assistance.
5. Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Madison County, Alabama.
